5★STAR Grand Prix 2026 ~Opening Round~ was a professional wrestling event promoted by World Wonder Ring Stardom, held on July 18, 2026 at EBARA WAVE Arena Ota (formerly Ota City General Gymnasium) in Tokyo, Japan. It served as the first show for the company's annual round-robin singles tournament, and also featured two title matches: DREAM TRINE (Ami Sohrei, Hina and Lady C) defended the Artist of Stardom Championship against AEW's Triangle of Madness (Skye Blue, Julia Hart and Thekla), and Syuri defended the IWGP Women's Championship against Natsupoi in the main event.
